Ms. Caroline Simwaamba

Chief Strategic Information Officer and Company Secretary

Ms. Caroline Simwaamba is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation and Strategic Information professional with 16 years of experience in managing HIV/AIDS programme data management systems and supporting the Ministry of Health. She currently serves as Chief Strategic Information Officer and Company Secretary.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), a Master of Science Degree in Public Health, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.

She has extensive experience in strengthening data systems, improving programme quality, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. Her expertise includes Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Information, HIV/AIDS programme data management, and health information systems, with a proven track record of supporting improved health outcomes and sustainable health interventions.
