Mr. Rodrick Hazinji

Mr. Rodrick Hazinji is a Chartered Accountant and senior health financing and public financial management professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, donor-funded health and development programmes, government systems strengthening, and institutional capacity development.

He brings extensive expertise in financial planning and budgeting, grants and donor financial management, internal controls, financial reporting, fiduciary risk management, audit readiness, compliance, and financial sustainability.

He has held senior technical and financial management roles on major USAID-funded health programmes and has supported Zambia’s Ministry of Health and Ministry of Community Development and Social Services in strengthening public financial management, Government-to-Government financing, financial risk management, internal controls, and institutional capacity at national and subnational levels.
